Movement... "The 1st step to achieving a goal is setting one!"

The longer I put off running the worse I feel, so I'm going start from tomorrow as its currently 11pm at night. Tomorrow's target: Early morning run followed by first weigh in on the Wii Fit, which I will do every Monday, debating whether I should be blogging my weight, but am determined now and commited to #fitbloggin (search this on twitter for inspiration!) :-D

Goals:

  • Sundays: Plan meals for the week ahead
  • Mondays: Early morning run, Weigh-In on Wii Fit, Shop for the week.
  • Tuesdays: Gym
  • Wednesdays: Quality family bonding time
  • Thursdays: Gym
  • Fridays: Power walk in the park
  • Saturdays: House-Aerobics (i.e. housework done very enthusiatically)

Daily:

  • "To Do" List each evening for next day
  • Leave clothes and important items out ready each night
  • Bed for 11pm at latest (obviously except when out with friends/family)
  • Arrive to all appointments etc 1/2hr early

Monthly:

  • Last Sunday of the Month: Budget for the month ahead
  • Go to hairdressers once per month, even if just for a wash & blowdry (boosts self-esteem)
  • Reward myself after each month of training with beauty treatment that will ease muscles etc.

Lastly... things to remember:

1. Concentrate on keeping active not keeping fit.

2. Have FUN... and if it isn't fun... find ways to make it fun and involve others... e.g. BLOGGING :-D
